Oceanfront:
Breathtaking Oceanview, Units 2 & 3 have identical floor plans and are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the condominium. Unit # 2 faces North, towards downtown Kona. The first level includes an open concept living room, dinette and kitchen, all having great ocean views. There is also a storage closet filled with outdoor items that our guests are welcome to use. i.e. Ice chest, boogie boards, beach chairs and more. Also included on the first level is a bathroom and laundry room, which includes washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
This units' second level includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, hallway and closets. the master bedroom has its own private lanai and bathroom.
Kona Luana is fully equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room, High Speed Wi-Fi along with DirecTV. There is also a private outdoor barbecue available for use.

Oceanview:

This place was amazingly! Close to town, RIGHT on the ocean, nicely appointed facility, it was well represented in accordance to website photos and descriptions. My parents celebrated their 60th anniversary and we all had a wonderful stay. It was really nice having a stand alone facility, just three units, rather than being in a large complex. We liked the split level, having two floors to ourselves. Our favourite feature was having three private lanais. The place was clean and very well kept. Communication with the the property host was prompt and helpful. We absolutely loved it and would stay here again.

Mark’s condo was as advertised. Spacious, well stocked with all beach necessities kitchen appliances dishes, BBQ grill etc. The views from the lanai are second to none. Amazing sunsets every evening, waves crashing below and spinner dolphins in the bay!

Beautiful location. Parking spot is a bit tight it not a big deal. Upstairs ceiling fan wasn’t working but the room did have a standing fan and good ac so it stayed nice and cool. Sitting on the lanai and watching the waves was the best! Overall we were very pleased with our stay. 🌺🤙

We spent two wonderful weeks at this property and truly did not want to go home.. The condo had everything from a fully stocked kitchen, to A/C through out the unit but most importantly a view like no other. The property manager was super easy to get a hold if need be, and made sure that everything was perfect the moment we arrived. We will definitely be back!

It’s a great place! Would rent again. Listening to the surf was wonderful. Watched dolphins play. Very comfortable. Easy access to everything. Mr. Stone is a very nice host!

Two balconies with ocean views every bit as spectacular as can be; walkable or very short drive to shops and restaurants. Wish we had a longer vacation!
